Mutiny Add Trio

The New England Mutiny continued to the pieces in place for the first season in WPSL Elite on Thursday, as the Springfield-based team added forward Vicki DiMartino, goalkeeper Alexa Gaul and midfielder Kacey Richards to its roster.

DiMartino and Gaul have both spent time with the U.S. Women’s National Team youth system while Richards returns for her second season season with the Mutiny.

“The addition of these three players shows that we are committed to putting an experienced team on the field that will play an exciting brand of soccer,” said Mutiny Director Of Player Personnel Brendan Faherty in a statement.

The Mutiny’s 2012 schedule has not yet been released, but will be co-hosting a player combine along with the Boston Breakers and Aztec MA on Apr. 1 at Harvard University.
