He returned as a preseason trialist when camp started on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re pleased to add a young forward in Matt to the roster,\u201d Revolution General Manager Michael Burns said in a statement. \u201cHe is a talented young player who had had a strong record of scoring goals in the NASL. We believe has the potential to take the next step and do well for our club.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old forward played for the Atlanta Silverbacks\u00a0(NASL) prior to his arrival in Foxboro. \u00a0In 49 appearances, he scored 18 goals in 2011 and 2012.
