Mass United FC Owner\/Manager Jim Antonakas didn’t have to search very far to find his new general manager.<\/p>\n
Jonathan Langlois, who’s been with the club since its inception in 2009, was named general manager on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
“I believe Jon is the right person for the job,\u201d said Antonakas in a statement. \u201cHe has been with us from day one of this journey and he understands our organization\u2026I know he\u2019ll do well.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Lynn (Mass.)\u00a0native\u00a0previously served as Director of Game Day Operations, and has been involved in many aspects of\u00a0 the club’s day-to-day management.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am very excited to be given this opportunity,\u201d said Langlois in a statement. \u201cIt has been great working for Mass United as Director of Game Day Operations and I feel the club is ready to take the next step towards being the best organization in New England.\u201d<\/p>\n
