He took the helm in 2014 after previously serving as head coach from 2011-2012.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This past season was special in many ways and another step forward for the organization,&#8221; Lilley said in a club release. &#8220;It is important that we continue to progress and strengthen our bond with our community and fans so we may continue to grow and prosper in a very competitive USL.<\/p>\n<p>Recent Revolution loanees Tyler Rudy, Timi Mulgrew, and Donnie Smith have all played under Lilley during his most recent stint in Rochester.<\/p>\n<p>During the course of his 14-year coaching career, Lilly has amassed a record of\u00a0206-108-74 with seven division or conference championships and two regular season titles.
