NORWOOD, Mass. – The Boston Breakers released their 2011 WPS schedule today, with 18 dates on this year’s\u00a0fixture list.<\/p>\n
The Breakers kick off their 2011 season on the road in Atlanta, where they will play the Beat on April 9th at 7:00pm. Eight days later, they will commence their home schedule by hosting the expansion Western New York Flash at Harvard Stadium on April 17th, with a start time of 6:00pm.<\/p>\n
Additionally, seven of the club’s 18 matches will be broadcast nationally on Fox Soccer Channel, with five of those seven taking place at home.<\/p>\n
Additionally, the Breakers, along with the rest of the WPS, will break for the final two weeks of June in order to accommodate the FIFA Women’s World Cup, which runs from June 26th through July 17th.<\/p>\n
