If we win today, it\u2019s called &#8216;two in a row.&#8217; And if we win again tomorrow, it\u2019s called a &#8216;winning streak.&#8217; It has happened before.&#8221; \u2013 Lou Brown, <\/em>Major League II<\/p>\n<p>The Columbus Crew visit Foxborough on Saturday looking to deny the New England Revolution of a third-straight win after the club picked up consecutive victories against San Jose and Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>Location: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Mass.<br \/>\nScheduled kick-off: 3:00 pm<br \/>\nTV\/Radio: Comcast SportsNet<\/p>\n<p><strong>All-time\/Season series:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Their last matchup was a 3-1 victory at Gillette Stadium in the second leg of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals of the 2014 MLS Playoffs. The Revolution advanced 7-3 on aggregate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Revolution and Crew matched up five times last season, including twice in the playoffs. After the Crew took the first two matches of the season series, the Revolution won the last three, including both legs in the playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 This will be the first of two matchups between these teams this season, with the Revolution visiting the Crew on June 24th.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Overall, this will be the 64th regular-season meeting between the two teams. To date, the Columbus Crew leading the series with 31 wins, 21 losses, and 11 draws over the Revolution.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Columbus also has a strong record in Foxborough with a record of 14 wins, 13 losses, and 5 draws.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revolution update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2-2-1 overall, 7 points through 5 games (1.4 points per game), with 4 goals scored and 6 goals against.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Currently in 3rd place in the Eastern Conference Standings and are two points behind the conference-leading D.C. United.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Revolution are 1-0-1 so far at home in 2015, with two goals scored and one goal against, all of which came in the Revolution\u2019s 2-1 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 After his brilliant goal in Colorado last Saturday, Juan Agudelo made his first MLS team of the week of 2015. He becomes the third Revolution player named to team of the week along with Kelyn Rowe (Week 4) and Bobby Shuttleworth (Week 2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crew Update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1-2-1 overall, 4 points through 4 games (1.0 points per game), with5 goals scored and 5goals against.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Currently in seventh place in the Eastern Conference,five points behind conference leaders D.C. United and three points behind the Revolution.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Currently 0-1-1 on the road in 2015, both against Western Conference opponents Houston and Vancouver.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Columbus will be playing on short rest after a mid-week match in Vancouver on Wednesday and a cross-country flight before Saturday\u2019s match. The Crew pulled off a 2-2 draw against the Whitecaps behind two Kei Kamara goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Crew are led offensively by Kei Kamara, who has three goals in four matches, and Ethan Finley and Federico Higuain, who scored 11 goals for the Crew in 2014. Higuain missed Wednesday\u2019s match in Vancouver as he was suspended from a red card.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Crew also have Rhode Island native Michael Parkhurst in their projected starting lineup. The former Revolution and USMNT defender was an MLS all-star in 2014, and is in his second season with the Crew after starting 32 games last season.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Creware led by Gregg Berhalter, who is entering his second season as an MLS manager with the Crew.
