The New England Revolution (5-3-4, 19 points) will be back to work on Saturday, coming off a midweek 4-2 loss to Sporting Kansas City, when they welcome top-of-the-table D.C. United (6-2-3, 21 points) into Gillette Stadium.<\/p>\n

The longtime conference foes will take the pitch with the same objective: walk away with first place. A mere two points separates the Revolution from first place, and a win against DC would allow them to leapfrog their rivals.<\/p>\n

1<\/strong> – The Revolution lost their first regular season game with Jermaine Jones in the starting lineup since acquiring him on Aug. 24, 2014 with Wednesday’s 4-2 loss to Sporting Kansas City.<\/p>\n
