Boston College, Boston University, and Harvard University are among the 64 schools that earned bids for the 2011 NCAA Division 1 Women’s Soccer\u00a0Championship after the tournament\u00a0brackets were released on Monday.<\/p>\n
Up at the Heights, Boston College went 11-5-2, and finished fourth in the perennially competitive Atlantic Coast Conference. Downcity, Boston University went 18-2-1 and\u00a0secured the America East Conference title. Out in Cambridge, Harvard went clinched their third Ivy League title in four years with a 12-4-1 record, and are currently riding the momentum of a 10-game unbeaten streak.<\/p>\n
Coincidentally, BU and Harvard will meet this weekend for their first round matchup, which will take place on Saturday at 12pm at Nickerson Field in Boston.
