ASL: Unbeaten W. Mass Wins Again

Western Mass Pro Soccer Club extended its season-long unbeaten streak to eight in Saturday’s 2-1 win over the Evergreen Diplomats at the PG County Sportsplex in Hyattsville, Md.

Western Mass midfielder Eddie Bogle bagged a brace with goals in the 25th and 76th minutes with assists from Pat Boucher and Maxi Viera, respectively. Ryan Rohrer brought one back for the hosts in the 76th minute.

With the win, the Lusitanos improved their ASL-best mark to 6-0-2 (20 points), while the Diplomats fell to 2-5-0 (6 points).

The Lusitanos will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 25 for their home finale against Icon FC at Lusitano Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7pm.
