The Rochester Rhinos and New York Red Bulls II settled for a 0-0 draw in Saturday’s season opener at Red Bull Arena.

Although the Revolution haven’t yet sent any of their players on loan to Rochester, Providence College alum Marcos Ugarte came on in the 79th minute, and created a dangerous opportunity in the box seven minutes later, but couldn’t break through.

Goalkeeper Brandon Miller made a brilliant save on a Leo Stoltz penalty right before the half to keep the Red Bulls off the board.

The Rhinos return to action on Apr. 4 against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds at Highmark Stadium at 7pm.
