Revolution center back Benjamin Angoua commands the third-highest salary on the team according to the latest salary list released by the MLS Players Union on Tuesday.

Angoua, who was acquired by New England via loan from Ligue 1 side EA Guingamp in January, has a salary of $654,000 for 2017. His figure puts him only behind designated players Xavier Kouassi ($880,541) and Kei Kamara ($800,000) as the highest-paid Revolution players.

The 30-year-old Ivory Coast international lost his starting spot to rookie Josh Smith earlier in the month.

Juan Agudelo and Lee Nguyen round out the list of the top 5 salaries on the Revolution with salaries of $500,000 and $502,000, respectively.

Meanwhile, another offseason signing – center back Antonio Mlinar Delamea – has a figure of $400,008.

Goalkeeper Cody Cropper, who was acquired last August, has a salary of $65,625, a number significantly lower than former starter Bobby Shuttleworth ($171,875), who was traded to Minnesota United during the winter.
