PDL: Rams Too Much for Pioneers

A hat trick from Frantzdy Pierrot speared the Real Boston Rams to an emphatic 5-1 win over the Western Mass Pioneers on Friday at Lusitano Stadium in Ludlow, Mass.
After Alex Ainscough opened the account in the 16th minute, Pierrot scored in the 36th, 42nd and 68th minutes. Anthony Viteri added his name to the scoresheet in the 61st minute while Gustavo Ferreira collected the Pioneers’ lone goal in the 89th minute.
With the loss, the Pioneers drop to 1-10-2 (5 points) while the Rams raised their record to 6-3-3 (21 points).
The Pioneers close out the 2015 season on Sunday against the Seacoast United Phantoms at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, N.H. The Rams will be back in action on Sunday when they face GPS Portland Phoenix at Deering High School in Portland, Me.
