Hartford to Host U.S.-Costa Rica Gold Cup Tilt

Hartford will host a Gold Cup clash between the United States and Costa Rica on July 16 after CONCACAF released the full schedule for this year’s tournament.

The U.S.-Costa Rica match kicks off at 8pm and is part of a Gold Cup doubleheader at Rentschler Field that also pits Cuba against Belize at 5pm.

In addition to Costa Rica, the U.S. is set to play Belize on July 9 in Portland and Cuba on July 13 in Salt Lake City.

The tournament kicks off on July 7 in Los Angeles, where the Rose Bowl is set to host Canada-Martinique and Mexico-Panama. The final will be played at Solider Field in Chicago on July 28.
