Gillette-1

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – Greetings from Gillette Stadium, where the Revolution will take on the Columbus Crew for the 2nd leg of the Eastern Conference Semifinal at 5:00pm ET. The Revolution own a 4-2 lead on aggregate goals, and appear to be in firm control of their destiny heading into the match.

What’s at stake: A trip to the Eastern Conference Final, which will kick off on Nov. 23 at Red Bull Arena after New York beat D.C. United 3-2 on aggregate in their Conference Semifinal matchup. The Revolution have not reached the Conference Final since 2007; the Crew’s last appearance came in 2008. The Crew need to score at least three goals on Sunday to delay their postseason exit.

Weather conditions: 57 degrees and partly cloudy. It is expected to remain dry this evening, with temperatures expected to drop to 44 degrees around the time of the final whistle.

No football lines: After playing their last two regular season games on gridiron lines, the Revolution have a clean surface with only soccer lines.

Gameday handout: A shot of the pregame huddle with the team’s playoff hashtag #STAND.
