Gurnon, who led the Mutiny to the WPSL semifinals in 2013, will be joined by assistant coach Jill Serafino, goalkeeper coach Joe Abele and athletic trainer Brent Dillard.
“I am excited to have Roy lead the crew once again this season,” said Mutiny Team Owner Joe Ferrara, Jr. in a club release on Wednesday. “Roy is a special person who continually gets the most out of his teams. The players love playing for him and he creates a professional & fun experience.”

Serfino was the head coach of the Mutiny Reserves in 2012, and has also served in various capacities for the club over the years. She completed her second year as an assistant coach at Springfield College last fall.

Dillard enters his second season with the Mutiny. He completed his Master’s degree in Education in 2012.
The Mutiny kick off their 2014 campaign at 7:00pm on May 17 at East Longmeadow High School when they take on the Maine Mariners.
